Another Whopper of an update: TEPCO needs MORE PUBLIC FUNDS to pay back in compensation to the victims of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Disaster. Translation, the Government is Raising the Consumption TAX to citizens. The Government then "Gives" TEPCO the money from Taxes. TEPCO "COMPENSATES" victims with the money the victims were forced to pay to the government - so they could be "compensated" by TEPCO. It's a "You Pay to Die" kind of program they are running.
